CHALLENGE #1
Machine: Kubota U17-5

Precision is everything in this test of fine control. Using the U17-5, competitors must carefully lift each ball from the top of a witches hat and place it into the bucket, one at a time, without dropping it.

Once all balls are safely in the bucket, the challenge is complete. Smooth movements and accuracy are key to setting a fast time.

What you're working with:
3 x witches hats
3 x baseballs
1 x bucket

Scoring:
Timed challenge. Dropped balls mean time penalty & bucket must returned to starting point before continuing.

CHALLENGE #2
Machine: Kubota U35-4

Control, patience and balance take centre stage in this stacking challenge.

Five blocks are positioned in the designated start area. Using the U35 fitted with a Hydraulic Grab, competitors must collect each block one by one and stack them into a stable tower within the marked build zone.

Once the tower is complete, it must remain standing for a full 3 seconds to be considered successful. After the thumbs up from the time keeper, place blocks back into the designated start zone to complete the challenge.

Take your time, and the clock keeps ticking. It’s a balancing act in every sense.

What you're working with:
5 x stacking blocks
Designated build zone

Scoring:
Timed challenge. If the tower collapses before the 3-second hold, blocks must be restacked.

CHALLENGE #3
Machine: Kubota U55-4

Power meets precision in this crowd-favourite challenge.

With a tyre attached to the arm of a U55-4, competitors must navigate a slalom course through five bollard gates, working sequentially from Gate 1 to Gate 5. Touch a bollard and time penalties apply.

Once the slalom is complete, finish by placing the tyre cleanly onto the end base plate.

This is where accuracy matters most. One mistake can cost you the win!

What you're working with:
5 x slalom gates with bollards
Tyre & chain attachment

Scoring:
Timed challenge with penalties for any gate contact or missed gates.
