Designed with only internal two moving parts, the TNB design ensures outstanding reliability and longer life with no built in accumulators and no sacrifice in performance.

The optimal piston design and stroke movement ensures powerful striking force to the top of the chisel so you can get the job done quickly and efficiently.

With many models to choose from, all Toku hydraulic breakers are engineered to work hand in hand with Kubota 1 to 8 tonne excavators.

Short Tie Rods: Using protected threads yields long life and high reliability

Nitrogen Cushion Chamber: Made to absorb piston recoil and recycle the energy to boost output on the next blow

Large Piston mass and supporting area: Offers positive alignment, transferring maximum energy and efficiency to the tool

Control Valve: The valve’s simple design minimises interruption of oil flow, reducing hydraulic pulsations

Underwater application: Port available for air inlet

Piston and Tool: 50:50 weight ratio brings the ideal energy transfer and least recoil back to the excavator

Dual retainer pins: Ensure positive tool alignment and easy tool replacement

Design Features

  • Unified Construction: Based on the concept “simple is the best”. Toku breakers and built under the identical design philosophy from smallest breaker (TNB-08M) up to largest breaker
  • Non accumulators: Designed to eliminate the traditional rubber bladder type accumulator to minimize maintenance and downtime.
  • Cushion chamber: It is nitrogen filled and low pressure. Absorbs recoil energy and increase output energy. The gas pressure in cushion chamber is relatively low with 8-11 bar.
